Project Associates Program:

This is your chance to dive into the world of social impact project development. As a Project Associate, you'll join a collaborative team to tackle a real-world social issue you're passionate about.

• Through a comprehensive curriculum, workshops, and dedicated mentorship, you'll gain essential skills in:

  • Problem Identification: Develop a critical understanding of your chosen social challenge and its root causes.

  • Solution Design: Brainstorm and refine innovative solutions to address the identified issue.

  • Project Management: Master the practical skills required to plan, implement, and monitor your project effectively.

• Mentorship & Guidance: Benefit from the expertise of faculty mentors, industry professionals, and experienced changemakers who will guide you throughout your project development journey.

Already running a project and want to take that further? The Impact Associates program can help you refine your approach, secure resources, and maximize your impact.

• Refining Your Project: As an Impact Associate, you'll focus on:

  • Project Implementation: Refine your project's implementation plan for optimal effectiveness, sustainability, and scalability.

  • Leadership Development: Develop strong leadership skills to lead your team effectively, manage resources, and advocate for your cause.

• Launching Change: With the SIL's support, you'll launch your project (or take it to the next level) and start creating positive change in the community. Gain valuable experience in:

  • Fundraising: Secure resources to support the long-term sustainability of your project.

  • Marketing & Communication: Raise awareness of your project and engage the community.

  • Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships and collaborations to maximize your impact.
